In a funny sort of way I was slightly disappointed with this stadium, because I had built it up in my mind as something of beauty. It is an excellent stadium, but so like other grounds, although bigger. The design is not much different to: Middlesborough, Reading, Derby, Southampton nor even the new Darlington stadium. Having said that a wonderful ground it is, although sited in a less than idyllic area .
